Positive: The hotel was really nice. Rooms were nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good

Negative: We asked for a baby crib. The one we got was dis functioning. We asked twice for it to be replaced which we were assured would be done, when we came in the evening late with our toddler, the bed was not changed. We had to create a kind of sleeping station for him. Poor handling of the situation
