The sea is also at the end of the garden with direct access to the beach. Located on a quiet street and close to Portsall harbour, which is within walking distance, it is ideal for a family or friends' stay.
The Space:
From the entrance, one is welcomed by a warm and modern atmosphere. The vast living area bathed in natural light thanks to large bay windows invites relaxation, with a cosy lounge area and a friendly dining room. The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy preparation of good meals to share, whether inside or outside while enjoying the bar on the terrace. All these rooms benefit from a magnificent sea view, to observe beautiful sunsets or a stormy sea.
The house has five bedrooms, arranged to offer comfort and privacy to each occupant. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with sea view, its own bathroom, and a large walk-in wardrobe.
The other bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x190cm) and a water point.
Two other large bedrooms with double beds (160x190cm) on the upper floor complete the sleeping area, along with a room with two single beds (90x190cm) that will be perfect for children. A shared shower room will complete this floor.
Outside, you will enjoy a private garden with direct access to the beach, a fitted terrace with a sea view, ideal for breakfasts facing the sunrise or aperitifs at sunset on the rocks of Portsall.
