Summary: The room was over heated. The TV casting was unusable which we were not warned about and were very disappointed as we weren’t able to watch films in bed as we’d hoped. I requested a bath ahead of time and dint get one. We went for a drink in the bar which was chaotic, overrun, it was impossible to be served, other guests were complaining and the staff were squabbling. We didn’t get a menu for 30 minutes and had to go up to the bar to order. Drinks of course took forever. Disappointing experience, the room didn’t feel up to the price standards either, and had wall markings. I left feeling underwhelmed, the experience was subpar.
