Beautiful and modern renovated home, with a pool, several outdoor terraces, and amazing views of the mountains and the ocean. 220 m2 home and 1800 m2 garden. Top floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet, a large open kitchen with 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, etc a sitting area next to the open kitchen, and a large dining and additional lounge area. The dining and lounge areas look out through full-wall glass sliding doors to the mountains, and large square windows to the ocean. The sliding doors open completely to create a large indoor/outdoor space, and you can walk out from the indoors onto two terraces. One terrace is under a roof, and one is in the sun. From the terraces, you can walk down to the pool area. The pool has a large patio and outdoor shower. The downstairs has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, as well as a small gym with weights and exercise bike. The kitchen walks out on the back garden, with a wooden playhouse for kids, including a slide, and a BBQ area (charcoal fires). Downhill from the pool is a garden with some fruit trees.
