First floor:
Main room including a dining table, a lounge area with sofa and TV.
Separate and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and ceramic hob.

Shower room with heated towel rail and vanity unit.
Access to a small terrace in front of the living room and the shared garden.
Last stage:
Master bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed (2 x 90 cm, separable), a desk, and a large built-in cupboard.
Bedroom with 3 single bunk beds and a children's play area.
Built-in wardrobe at the top of the stairs.
The south terrace benefits from optimal sunshine and is equipped with everything necessary for dining outside and enjoying the garden, including a dining table, a parasol, a shared barbecue, and deck chairs.

The house shares the garden, barbecue, and swimming pool with the neighboring house. The swimming pool is available in the morning until 12:30 [hidden]
