Facing the sanguinary islands, it offers an exceptional panoramic view of Ajaccio and its sunsets.
The villa offers for rent a garden apartment (60m² for 2 to 4 beds) as well as a separate main villa in two volumes (1 family house of 165m², 4 bedrooms for 8 beds which corresponds to the advert and 1 large apartment 107m² for 4 to 6 beds).
Each space is rented fully equipped (sheets, towels, washing machine, full kitchen). All have beautiful volumes, with large bay windows overlooking the sea, Ajaccio and the sanguinary islands.
Outside, you will have a heated swimming pool (10m x 5m) with terraces and conviviality spaces overlooking a sublime sea view (plancha, barbecue, pétanque field, ping-pong table).
It is also possible to reserve the entire villa with its estate.
