In a very quiet street, 100m from the beach and 250m from shops. This house has everything to please: a privileged location, high-end services, new equipment, large bright rooms, patio and a large terrace.
This villa was built in 2016, work was completed in early June.

BEDROOM 3: (11. 03 m2) This room is made up of 2 80 cm beds that can be pushed together to form a 160 cm bed, bedside tables and lamps, a wall cupboard, tables and storage.
BEDROOM 4: (12. 97 m2) This room is the largest and has disabled access. It is equipped with a 160 cm bed, bedside tables and lamps, a small desk with a chair, a wall cabinet and decorative pictures.
BATHROOM: This bathroom measures 4. 85 m2 and consists of a bathtub with basin, cupboards and a small trash can.
