You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Praiano. You will find the closest restaurant at 300 meters (990 feet), a grocery store at 100 meters (330 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles).
You will reach Villa Ciondolo from the main entrance of the building going up two flights of stairs (approximately 25 steps).

Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the kitchen a double-glazed French door will take you to the first patio. The room also has a double-glazed window with a view of the sea and of the coastline.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a high window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room going down five steps.
Top LevelTerrace
The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two sun umbrellas and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of Praiano.
