Located on two levels, it is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 400 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

- A swimming pool of 5,5m x 3,5m (private, not heated) open from April to the end of October. The pool has an alarm
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 400 m², facing east and west with a ping-pong table and a soccer cage to amuse young and old
- A 30 m² terrace with an outdoor dining area for 10/12 people, sunbeds and a barbecue to enjoy the beautiful days
- An outdoor shower
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Porticcio, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, 15 minutes walk from the beach. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...
