Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, this bright contemporary villa welcomes families and friends for relaxed seaside stays, between beach days, outdoor meals, pétanque games, foosball fun and long summer evenings by the pool.
Located in a very quiet area of Grau d’Agde, the villa offers a peaceful atmosphere, refined decoration and a warm, easy-living spirit. It is a place where you can slow down, enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle and create beautiful memories together.
The villa features 3 bedrooms: a beautiful ground-floor master bedroom in a step-free living area, except for the pool access, and upstairs 2 additional bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a games area with foosball and a small terrace. The spacious open-plan living room and kitchen are perfect for gathering, while outside you will enjoy a private non-heated pool, pétanque court, BBQ and garage.
