Villa TARRAZZA is located on a belvedere over the Gulf of Valinco, its terraces give a stunning view of the sea, from Campomoro to Porto Pollo.
The villa opens onto the surrounding countryside and has been designed with large living spaces: the living room of 100m² (1,100 ft²) leads onto a panoramic terrace of 70 m² (750 ft²) overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
Another 50 m² terrace next to the kitchen is dedicated to meals (BBQ, plancha, tables for 12) and is shadowed by a pergola.
You will also enjoy the sea view when relaxing on the wooden deck that adjoins the 9 x 4m (30 x 13 ft) pool.
For the sake of privacy, each bedroom is equipped with a bathroom and Italian-style shower as well as a TV set.
Fully renovated in a modern style, the villa is enjoyable and easy to live in:
• The open kitchen is fully equipped (induction cooker, large fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher and micro-wave) and stocked with everything needed for cooking (food processor, blender, mixer). A Nespresso coffee maker will delight espresso lovers.
• All rooms are air-conditioned and comfortable. The bedding (firm) and bedclothes are of the highest quality in order to make your holiday relaxing and restful. Beds dimensions are visible on pictures.
Beddings, bathroom towels and pool towels are included.
2 additional bedrooms are available for rent. Each one has air conditioned, a bathroom and toilets and is located at the pool level. Including these rooms, the villa can house up to 12 persons.
For your information, the additional rooms are never rented independently from the villa itself.
