Summary: I was surprised when we arrived to see that where we were staying looked nothing like the photos on the website. It was very difficult getting answers to our questions. They could use more signage and helpful personnel. We booked this hotel primarily because we planned to spend all our time at Disney, so we didn’t have a chance to use any of their many facilities. Be advised that the hotel campus is locked down. It’s a challenge to get in and out. One night we were stuck outside the gate and had no way of getting back in to our rooms!
