Located on the 3rd and last floor (lift currently out of order), it is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room. Wifi (optical fiber) included, we are waiting for you!
The housing is composed as follows:

- Bedroom 2 : two single beds.

- A terrace of about 20 m², facing South-West, facing the sea with bioclimatic pergola and furniture (table, chairs, armchairs, deckchairs, storage box for cushions) to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Porticcio, in a very pleasant environment at 10 minutes walk from the beach. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
