Positive: The location is fantastic, and a wonderful seafront view from the second floor bay window.

Negative: The Victorian lift is great, but tough to use as the door is heavy to manoeuvre. Fit and able guests would have no difficulty! The stairs were a bit awkward for me.

Summary: Lovely stay with friendly and helpful staff. Amazing sea views
