Wonderful Old House By The River Vienne | Cottage in Cravant-Les-Côteaux

We are in a tiny hamlet 10 mins from the market town of , Chinon very peaceful,with the river to sit and relax by, or many châteaus, and vine yards to go to, in very easy reach, Chinon is a wonderful medieval town, complete with romantic castle, many delicious restaurants, very good local market on Thursday's.

There are two steps from kitchen/sitting room to bedrooms, but we have had people with limited mobility and wheelchair, the bathroom will fit wheelchair in.
Outside is flat and access to the river is fine, please ring me if you want to discuss.

Heaven, garden outside your front door with chairs and table and sunbeds and sunshade,and small private patio also with chairs table, then down to the river terrace more sitting , right by the river, lots of wildlife, birds, and clear water in the river BQ
We have bikes and two rowing boats for you to use freely, and two boule pitches. There are golf courses nearby.

We have tours airport, 50 mins away,and Poitiers just over an hour away, both are served by low cost airlines and car hire available.
The channel ports are about 5/6 depending on how fast you drive
We reckon it's best to have a car, but we have had clients who have managed on our bikes! It's all pretty flat biking.

Ok where to start, great shopping, châteaus, castles, markets ,river tours , canoeing on the river, good biking and walking, wine tasting, beautiful gardens, i.e. villandry, not a weed in site!
Lots of children things, swimming pool very near by, tree climbing, wonder zoo.
Lots of restaurant some v expensive but many delicious and very affordable,
Good shops and supermarkets, banks, good Dr and dentist!

Ok we ask for a small deposit to secure your booking,
Arriving 4pm, but we can be flexible , and we ask you to leave by 10am, please.
We are sure you will leave it all fine, if you don't want to clean, it is your holiday, we ask for 35 Euro please.
