The train stops a short walk from the cottage, and sits alongside an award-winning local brewery pub. Pets are welcome in the property, and a large dog crate can also be made available.
A host of visitor attractions are close by, including magnificent Caernarfon Castle and the exhilarating Zip World, well known for its 500ft-high zip line and mile-long rides with panoramic views of the coastline and quarry. Also within easy reach is the university town of Bangor, with National Trust Penrhyn Castle, and a wealth of golden sandy beaches both on the island of Anglesey and the Lleyn Peninsula. The area is perfect for walkers, with many local walking paths close by, including the Snowdon Ranger Path, a few minutes’ drive away, that takes you to the summit of Snowdon. Beach 8 miles.
