'La Belle Colline' is a lovely, air conditioned, spacious villa on the outskirts of the charming historic village of Neffies. There is a beautiful private pool with Roman steps and a tiled patio with various other seating areas set in large grounds in an elevated position providing stunning views across the Languedoc countryside. There is a sizeable picnic and barbecue area and the villa also has its very own boules terrain. The large open plan kitchen is very well equipped and there is a spacious living area. This is a peaceful and secluded villa in a unique setting with fabulous views yet only a short distance away (5 to 10 minute walk) from local amenities within a traditional French village. There is also a large supermarket less than 10 minutes drive away with the splendid Mediterranean coast within a 25 minute drive.
