Each level of the house has all the comforts with a bathroom and a toilet. The arrangement on 2 floors allows 2 families of friends to have privacy or teenagers to sleep down for a better tranquility. The lower level has a kitchenette for morning coffee. The large arrival terrace allows parking cars without worries while allowing to cycle and play petanque. The house is well heated with central heating which also produces hot water. This family house will welcome you in an Auvergne atmosphere with its vast white stone fireplace St-Nectaire, its Auvergnat style furniture, large comfortable beds. It is a traditional family home comfortable with a lot of charm. The lower floor was renovated in the spring of 2016 and an integrated kitchen has replaced in 2018 the old kitchen to bring you more facilities.
