The fully air-conditioned villa is built over 2 floors, from the main driveway there are stairs up to the front door which opens on to a small entrance hall with guest cloakroom and on into the open plan living / dining room. The large French windows open on to a small balcony and the room is flooded with light. There is ample comfortable seating, UK SKY television and a large dining table which seats 8. This room is filled with contemporary artwork, mainly dedicated to the world of rock and pop music, a stylish finish to this contemporary home.
Through an archway you move into the well equipped kitchen with feature wooden breakfast bar which seats 5. French doors open on to a small breakfast terrace. The kitchen has a large gas fired Aga range cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, built in microwave and 2 wine coolers.
Also on this floor is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Stairs from the living room take you down to the lower floor. Here there is a TV den with large sofas, idea of escaping the heat of the afternoon and also as a play room for children.
