It comprises a 2-person alcove sleeping area, a living room with a pull-out bed, a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, grill, fridge, hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.), a bathroom (shower, 1 basin, toilet) and a covered outdoor terrace with a breathtaking view of the Brouage ramparts and the Marennes bell tower. Linen and breakfast can be provided at extra cost.

The heated, covered swimming pool is open all year round, from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. It is secured and locked. As it is shallow (1m20), jumping in is prohibited.
