We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Montier-en-Der, this charming house of lime pit foot with swimming pool, of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 20 m². Wifi (optical fiber), we are waiting for you!

The accommodation exposed North-West is composed as follows:
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside :
- A private swimming pool (outside, not heated) open in summer, with a 10×5 m fence. It is located on the owners' land. From your accommodation, you just have to cross a small courtyard to access it.
- A garden of about 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The house is ideally located in Montier-en-Der, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from 10 minutes on foot of all the essential businesses but also near stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- At 10 kilometers by car or by bike (cycle track) of the Lac Du Der (largest artificial lake in Europe) with water activities, hiking, restaurants, Casino.
- 35 kilometers from the NIGLOLAND amusement park (Dolancourt).
- 35 kilometers from the Charles DE GAULLE Memorial (Colombey les 2 Eglises).
- 60 kilometers from the outlet stores (Troyes).

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking of the house (1 vehicle).

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement at 50€ with our provider on the spot).
