This gite has all accommodation on ground floor level. Each of the 3 bedrooms are named after a tree, linked to gite's name "Marroniere" (french "Marronnier" means in english "chestnut tree").
Two of the bedrooms are en-suite which one of them has a vanity unit. Large lounge/diner with bed settee. La Maison de la Marroniere has a small secluded garden in addition to a shaded patio area for outdoor meals.
Accessed via a large arched wooden entrance door from the courtyard patio. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, ample storage, oven, hob, extractor, and built-in microwave. Large double entrance doors lead to a hallway and the spacious Lounge/Diner, featuring a large stone fireplace, beamed ceiling, and glazed double doors opening to the patio and courtyard.
