Wonderful view on Sagone Gulf and Cargese, tranquility and intimacy guaranteed. 5 minutes driving from wonderful and beaches and 20 minutes walk to Liscia beach the nearest beach. Heated swimming pool on the terrace which extends to a charming private garden tastefully landscaped with fruit trees and lush vegetation. You will be transported into a magic world by its mediterranean decor and its refined design mood. There is no through traffic and it is safe and secure for children/teenagers. The villa is brand new and has a contemporary design. The living room is very confortable with leather sofa and flat screen TV. The kitchen is very well equipped. Outside a private swimming pool which can be heated in middle season when the sea is too chilly to have a sea bath with a large terrace where you can take your meal outside. On the terrace, even in hot summer, the situation of the villa on top of a hill is providing a gentle wind which is making the stay very confortable.
