This beautiful property is located in the heart of a natural reserve near the village of la Mole, in the center of Provence and the "massif des Maures" - the "Moorish Hills".
St. Julien is a traditional old Provencal mas - an upscale, renovated farmhouse - nestled in the luxuriant countryside and offering total peace and calm.
Built over a century ago in the midst of some 50 acres of woods, maquis and vineyards on the edge of a preserved forest, the main house of the property has been built on a gentle grassy slope, offering spectacular views on the stunning hills of Provence. The lower terrace, set in the shade of a hundred year-old plane tree and its younger offspring allow for a constant outdoor living with immeasurable pleasure and charm.
Protected from the mistral wind, the villa unites all the qualities of a great manor house decorated in traditional French taste, along with the amenities of a luxurious home close to the shore.
Its location set back from the coast provides easy access to the principal beaches of St. Tropez and environs. The perpetual party is only 20 minutes away, with no concern about traffic congestion that exist on coastal roads.
The large 40’x 20’ pool (see photos) is hidden away in the middle of an island of greenery, allowing children to have fun, without disturbing those relaxing in the house or on the lower terrace.
