Superb large Provencal villa of high standing with very pretty private pool, at the foot of the luberon in the very pretty village of oppède with superb views of the luberon mountains.
It is our main residence that we rent for a few weeks in summer.
Very bright artist house with a neat and original decoration. Ultra comfortable contemporary interior. We are far from the standard of the classic rental house.
Located in a dead end, very quiet on a plot of 1250 m2.

3.5m x 10m pool, pool style secured by an alarm. The pool is long enough to actually be able to swim.
The large living room downstairs is divided into 2 volumes: a living room / TV area with a comfortable large corner sofa and a huge living / dining room of over 55 m2.
It also overlooks a large fully equipped kitchen and a shower room with walk-in shower and wc.
There is also a pantry with washing machine and freezer.
Upstairs, 3 spacious bedrooms (16m2,14m2,16m2) and a bathroom with spa bath and separate wc.
Wooded land of 1200 m2. 2 large picture windows in brick partition opening onto the garden and the light.
Attention: Presence of cats living outside, the house is not suitable for people allergic to cats.
