It has a large, heated, private pool, its own fishing pond and a beautiful garden, terraces and patio's. The house sleeps 6 to 8 people. 30 minutes from Bergerac airport or 2 hours from Bordeaux. 7 minutes from medieval village Monflanquin. Ideal for families, golfers, hikers, culture/ nature lovers and foodies.
The space
We have renovated the house and kept the local athmosphere while adding contemporary design, materials and art. It has a large, heated, private pool, its own fishing pond and a beautiful garden. The house now has a large living space, open kitchen and fireplace. The house is suited for 8 people and has four bedrooms: one large family room with private bathroom and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a bedroom by the back patio. Excellent wifi, Sonos, tv/Netflix are present. Towels and bed linnen are taken care of.
