Positive: I liked the location and view.

Negative: I didn’t like the building the apartment was in, it looks run down and dark. The front communal door doesn’t close or lock. Nowhere to store ski equipment. Nowhere to manage rubbish. Also did not like how unmaintained the property is. The apartment has got beautiful potential to be amazing, but is need of the detail clean from time to time. It’s a real shame. Also the cleanliness was not satisfactory. The place was clean on the face, but then when looking closer it all felt a bit grubby. The rug in front of the TV was dirty and clearly had not been shaken out or hoovered. The bathroom corners were dirty and also the shower tray looks disgusting. The cupboards were sticky and the floor had not been mopped. TVs in bedrooms don’t work. Like I said this is a shame as the apartment is beautiful and has a great location and view.

Summary: Great property with nice view. Needs maintenance.
