The villa is located on the hill overlooking the Gulf of Liscia and easy to access on foot to the nearest beach with its own restaurant nestled at its entrance but otherwise undeveloped. A little further along the coast are the beaches of Sagone and Liamone, vast stretches of empty golden sand.
