Ideally located near the great "green lung" of Lyon, the 100-hectare Parc de la Tête d'Or and the banks of the Rhône, it also offers quick access to the Part-Dieu train station and the heart of the Presqu'île. In addition to its geographic location, the neighborhood is also appreciated for its architecture and quality housing.
The Brotteaux district is very lively, with its beautiful square being a great spot for relaxing on terraces in the summer, as well as for festive evenings with its chic and trendy bars and restaurants. For food shopping, a Super U is just a step away, as well as a florist, hairdresser, bakery, tobacco shop, cinema, etc.

The chefs seem to have all gathered here. While historical venues such as Le Splendid by Georges Blanc and La Brasserie l’Est by Paul Bocuse had already established themselves in the area, it now hosts many of Lyon’s top chefs, earning a cluster of Michelin stars!
