Summary: House was not cleaned. We immediately alerted the owner, who promised to send the cleaning lady on monday. She did not come to clean however, only to be rude and claim that cleaning had definitely taken place, despite hairs in the shower, dust in every corner and sand on one of the beds. We got our cleaning fee refunded but no apology for the rude and aggressive behaviour of thr cleaning service (if you don't speak french you can't complain about cleanliness apparently). Unprofessional and doesn't take a complaint seriously.
