A semi-detached villa that has been recently renovated both inside and out. The villa overlooks the sea; just cross a dirt road and you’ll arrive directly at the beach. The exterior features a spacious terrace, partially covered by a white wooden canopy. The villa is located in the quietest part of the small seaside village of San Saba, situated on the beautiful Tyrrhenian coast between Punta Faro and Capo Milazzo.
The space:
The outdoor area consists of a large terrace, the sea-facing portion of which serves as a sun deck. Guests can sunbathe and relax on the sofas while waiting for the beautiful sunset with the Aeolian Islands archipelago as a backdrop.
The part of the terrace covered by a white wooden canopy is perfect for dining in the shade while enjoying the sea view. Guests can use a large gas stove finished with ceramic tiles from Santo Stefano di Camastra. Additionally, the kitchen features an induction cooktop with two burners.
The villa has a large, independent driveway paved with rough gravel, which is still undergoing renovation. The wide staircase, still left in its rustic state, leads to the main entrance of the house. To the right of the stairs is a shower—also currently under renovation—which is handy for rinsing off salt after a swim in the sea.
Inside, the accommodation consists of a very large double bedroom with a double bed and two single beds that can be converted into four sleeping spaces if needed.
The living area can accommodate one to two people. A single sofa bed can be unfolded to become a double bed.

Guests may use all outdoor areas of the villa. Please note that the exterior of the villa—the driveway, the stairs, the outdoor shower, and the garden with olive trees—is still under renovation (see photos).
