Set within a private estate of more than ten hectares near San Terenziano, Hedoné Retreat combines the character of an Umbrian stone farmhouse with thoughtfully designed contemporary interiors. Olive trees and woodland surround the property, while terraced gardens open towards the hills. The villa is available for exclusive use, with generous spaces for families and friends to spend time together.
Five double bedrooms accommodate ten guests, with three double sofa beds providing space for a further six. Four suites have en suite shower rooms; the fifth bedroom is served by a separate bathroom off the main living area. The layout follows the natural slope of the land, creating several levels with direct access to gardens and terraces.
Living spaces
The main living area extends to approximately 55 square metres, bringing together the kitchen, dining space and lounge around a central fireplace. Large windows frame the countryside, and French doors connect the room with the garden and pool level. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and both espresso and filter coffee facilities.
