Our large 210 m² house is ideal for spending some quality time on the Vendée coast in a privileged setting. Just a stone's throw from the shops in the village of Talmont, its castle, the Guittière and its famous oyster port, the Veillon beach, the Port and the Golf of Bourgenay, and 10 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne.
The living area is very spacious and bright, offering a TV lounge, a play area for the children, and a second convivial lounge, opening onto the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped, central and convenient for meals inside or on the terrace. A large fridge and freezer are present in the adjoining cellar. The dining room is an extension of the kitchen and opens onto the terrace, with a view of the indoor pool.
The house has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 9. On the ground floor there is an independent shower room, a double bedroom (160x200), a single bedroom (2x 90x190) and a bedroom with a pull-out bed (2x90x190) and a single bed (90x190). On the first floor there is a master suite (160x200) with en-suite shower room and wc.
Its large bedrooms and equipment offer all the comfort for a relaxing stay.
The swimming pool, treated with salt, healthy and ecological, is available from April to October in an optimal way since it is interior and heated, for the pleasure of all.
The outdoor area is a haven of peace, not overlooked, for sunbathing, barbecuing or playing pétanque!

The area is very quiet, close to the shops in the centre of Talmont, its castle and its activities (on foot or by bike). A covered market allows you to buy fresh and local products several times a week.
The beach is less than 5 km away, accessible by safe and very pleasant cycle paths. Les Sables d'Olonne can also be reached by bike along the coast, or by car in less than 10 minutes. For the amateurs, the Bourgenay Golf club or the port of Bourgenay are also 5 km away.
