Positive: Very spacious apartment! Great for a family that needs to spread out. And the location steps from the old village of Riquewihr is convenient and quaint.

Negative: This listing should be updated: there is no A/C in this property. This is stated very clearly (and rather proudly) once you check in, but the Booking.com listing says otherwise. Fortunately the weather was pretty temperate when we were there, but other U.S. tourists like us (we're wimps about heatwaves!) should take heed. As heatwaves hit Europe harder every summer, we only considered properties that included A/C (which are of course rare in the Grand Est). We weren't so much upset that there was no A/C — that's understandable. But the error in the listing means we didn't take the opportunity to consider other properties, so we felt like we'd been fooled. Additionally, though the location is super convenient, the street outside the apartment is quite loud, with cars and trucks whizzing by at all hours of the night.

Summary: Lovely, spacious apartment but no A/C during heatwaves.
