Villa in rez of garden consisting of two accommodation T3 adjoining which can be joined (see announcement "I Cantari"), each having access to the traditional swimming pool (4x12m) secured by barriers. Contemporary construction completed in May 2017 on landscaped area of 3000 m², fully fenced with private access.

T3 on one level (95 m²) with private sandstone terrace (40 m²) and reserved garden.
