Positive: We stopped at the dolphin hotel it was nice and quiet the bedroom was large and clean and we couldn't knock the location if we ever went back to great Yarmouth we would stay again

Negative: We booked the villa rose only to be told they were having work done at their hotel. They then told us we were going to the dolphin hotel only to get a call back saying we were going to be staying at the Carlton hotel as an upgrade but when we got to the carlton hotel we were told we were staying at the dolphin hotel .
