This villa is ideal for families who love the beach, sea, dunes and forest. The villa is situated in a quiet little neighborhood (Quartier le Phare) west of the town centre. There is a access to the beach (with life guard) and forest (with a play area, jogging track and mountain bike trail) at the end of the street.
The villa itself is spacious, detached and has a walled garden. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living and dining room, a kitchen and a garage. The total living area is +/- 140 m2. This villa is especially suitable for families or parties of four or more people.
The villa is fully equipped (see below), and guests may make use of the two surfboards in the garage (longboard and shortboard).

-The house is situated in the quiet neighborhood, 'Le Phare', named after the white lighthouse that stands there. If you go out the front gate and turn left, the beach is at the end of the street (400 meters). In the summer there are lifeguards present. At low tide children find it fun to play in the pools and looking for crabs. Under good conditions, this beach is also popular with surfers.
If you go out the front gate and turn right, the access to the forest is at the end of the road (also 400 meter). This access leads directly to a playground for children of all ages (from small slides to zip lines). In summer it is also an ideal spot for a picnic. Furthermore, there are hiking trails, a jogging track and a mountain bike trail.
Croissants and baguettes are served in the summer at the bakery about 300 meters from the house. The centre of La Tranche sur Mer is 2 kilometres away. It is a lively village with cafes, restaurants and shops. In summer a lot of activities are organized including performances and fireworks. Also in the town centre there are beaches suitable for watersports enthusiasts and families. The centre of the village is about 2 km from the house and can be reached by a free bus service. Of course you can also walk or cycle to go downtown.
On the outskirts of the town is a large supermarket (hyperU) where you can get your groceries.
