At 5 minutes from the shops of La Tranche sur Mer, it benefits from the calm of a dead end street offering a 180° view on the pines, in a green setting.
Accessible to handicapped, it offers great comfort and luxury equipment, with its heated indoor pool available all year round.
The master suite on the ground floor and the living rooms are adapted, in particular the 1st independent WC. The suite has an accessible shower room and a double bed.
