Villa Masauline is a pretty, modern and comfortable vacation home, ideally located close to the beach, in a quiet area on the edge of the forest, close to shops and bicycle paths. The beach of La Terrière is a great surfing spot and is supervised, so ideal for families.

The villa is accessible for handicapped people and has a beautiful and bright living space, open on the terrace and the garden surrounded by pine trees. The terrace is perfect for outdoor meals (barbecue available) and relaxing moments.

The kitchen, open on the living space, is fully equipped to cook comfortably during the stay.

A first double bedroom (140/200) is located on the ground floor, with an adjoining shower room, and an independent toilet, all adapted to PMR.
